About Francorium

The encyclopedia of the French language.

Francorium is an open, diachronic reference base for the French language: it links today's words to their senses, forms, usages — and to the testimony of dictionaries across time. Content lives as JSON in a single source of truth; the website, the JSON API, per-rule Markdown, and the llms.txt index are all generated from it at build time. There is no database and no runtime server — the published site is a tree of static files.
